1 Introduction
Welcome to OurBlok. By accessing or using our parking management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, mobile applications, and parking management tools. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3 User Responsibilities
As a user of the OurBlok platform, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your vehicle information and adhering to the parking rules established by your specific Strata.
- check_circle You must register your vehicle license plate accurately within the system.
- check_circle Visitor permits must be generated before the guest vehicle is left unattended.
- cancel You may not sell, trade, or transfer parking permits to non-residents.
4 Service Limitations
Liability Disclaimer
OurBlok is a management software provider and does not own or operate the physical parking facilities. We are not liable for theft, damage, or loss of property that occurs within the parking premises.
5 Payment & Fees
Fees associated with parking permits, fines, or subscriptions are determined by your Strata Council and processed through our secure payment gateway.

6 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of these terms, specifically including but not limited to fraudulent permit generation, harassment of enforcement staff, or repeated non-payment of fines. Termination of your account may result in the immediate revocation of all active parking permits associated with your unit.
7 Dispute Resolution
If you believe a fine or towing action was issued in error, you must submit a dispute through the platform within 14 days of the incident.
Submission
Log in to your dashboard, navigate to "Violations," and select "Dispute". Upload any photo evidence.
Review
The Strata Council or Property Manager will review your case within 5 business days.
Outcome
You will be notified via email. If approved, refunds are processed immediately.
